Our storage facilities are garages that are located directly adjacent to 2 of our apartment buildings.  These facilities can be leased for terms of 3 months, any time of the year.  These are the perfect places to store your stuff for the summer so you don't have to move it back and forth!

360 Fair St

This facility is a 3-bay garage located adjacent to our 360 Fair St apartment.  Each bay ls 22.5' x 11' x 12' and each door is 8' wide.  One, two, or all three bays may be leased.

338 West St

This facility is a large garage with a double-wide door located adjacent to our 338 West St apartment. The dimensions are 27' x 17' x 12'.  There is a man-door and double wide, 16' bay door.
