Who we are...

• 2M Properties owns and manages several off-campus apartments for Bloom U students.  We have 4 locations to choose from, 2 of which are very close to campus, and 2 that are in downtown Bloom.
• 2M Properties  also owns and manages some storage facilities that can be rented for summer storage, or all year around.

• Our mission is to provide safe, secure, and pleasant off campus housing alternatives that are affordable for students of Bloom University.
